#asktheexperts ,hlo expert kindly share iron rich diet plan my son hb is 10gm and has v low immunity kindly tell me iron rich stuff so that the child can eat

A. hi, regularly give pomegranate juice or apple, dates.. Include Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes. Are also good source of iron.

A. Make sure that you giving beetroot and pomegranate to the child on an every day basis along with that spinach in raw form as a salad and you can also give broccoli apart from that an iron supplement is definitely very important for you to start with

A. give iron syrup,spinach is best for iron deficiency
