Regarding the child, you need to understand that the baby’s digestive system is still in the developing stage. There is nothing to worry as long as there is no blood or foul smell in the stools. Continue feeding the baby while on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration, weight gain, speak to your doctor for further guidance
