#asktheexperts hi sir my baby having hyper and hypopigmentation around butt lateral side of thigh , and elbow region is it atopic eczema or complexion

A. You Should consult a dermatologist ones for that apart from that if you require do you can also go ahead with the treatment because that way you will get hundred percent result it is going to be time consuming but the results are going to be sure shot for that
