Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. small pimples on thighs hands need a picture dear to help you with answer.. use suthol liquid after bath.. or use neem water to bath.. baby.. you can apply lacto calamine lotion or sandal paste or turmeric paste on rashes.. pimples..
