#asktheexperts hi sir, can u plz suggest a powder or oitment or any natural remedies for rashes in groin area to my 18 months old boy . currenly we are using himalaya diaper rash cream and mama earth dusting powder. but still the rashes are not healing.Thank you.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. use b4nappy rash cream or sofirash cream. Changing diapers as soon as it get full or in every 3 to 4 hours. cleaning the area with a gentle washcloth allowing diaper free time to air-dry.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children2 years agoA. still rashes are not healing.. you can use coconut oil to treat and prevent rashes.. you can use aloe vera gel to treat rashes maintain hygiene use Babyhug premium wet wipes to clean at regular intervals
