#asktheexperts hi plz share how to take care our skin in such busy schedule where hardly get time for our self while taking care baby n all home work alone, after pregnancy skin tone is dark so any home remedy, what to add in our diet.

A. Hello ma’am You should be eating really really good amount of fruits which are rich in vitamin C like for you all the citrus fruits watermelon and all these things and when you go to sleep at night start applying vitamin E E capsule onto your face and just let it be there for the night that is going to help you a lot apart from that try to scrub and put a Face onto your face at least once in 15 days any sunday would do and just like that just have proper supplements and nutrients if needed
