#asktheexperts hi , please tell me how to increase breast milk. I am taking thyronorm tablet and lactare tablet. taking 2 lactare 3 thrice a day dies it has side effects like weight increase? pls tell remedies to keep my baby hydrated in summers . as she urinate yelow
