Q.

#asktheexperts Hi, my son is 8 months old. As the summer has started, it is already showing its effect on his. He is gagging on food and his intake has reduced. Kindly suggest what changes I should make to keep his weight and health well. And also stop his gagging. (I am giving him plenty of water).

A. don't give more water, instead give plenty of breast milk. Mix mint leaves juice in yogurt. Mix just pinch of black pepper ( it helps in the secretion of gastric juices).Mint is also used to combat stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, and colic in small children.
