VasundharaMom of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi! You can give super foods like chia seeds, add flax seeds powder in chapatti dough or chilla, make chillas or pankcakes with sathu mavu or ragi. Give homemade white butter/desi ghee, all varieties of fruits and veggies. Also bm/fm remains the main source of nutrition till 1 year in BLW as well so keep feeding on demand. You can now start with three meals and 1 snack. 👍🏻
