October,2020 I gave birth a baby girl , . one and 1/2 month, I got my period. but after that period was not coming , on April 2021, I had covid so I was not breastfeeding , so on May my period came but it happens only one month,when again I started breastfeeding period got stopped, ...During pregnancy my thyroid was high, so I started taking medicine, after delivery thyroid was also high so I was taking medicine.i have read that during breastfeeding period doesn't come. but it's been almost 10 months nd I have got period only one time. please suggest me some medicin or tell me what sould I do.
