#asktheexperts hi, my daughter is 1 yr n 5 months old n she doesnt eat properly like daal chawal, in dinner she still eats 1 roti/parantha but breakfast n lunch is almost zero, mostly she is contipated, what we do do

A. Baby co daal me little qty. sugar and salt mixing karake rice me thoda liquid banake dena. Daal rice me cow ghee test ke liye mix karo.

A. hi dear Dry Fruits and Seeds Almonds, pistachios, walnuts, apricots, cashews, raisins and seeds like sesame, pumpkin, flax, etc., provide kids with adequate nutrients to gain weight. They can be added to food in many interesting ways. Powder them and add to your child's milk or sprinkle the powder on top of cereals.
