#asktheexperts hi my daughter has lost her top front two teeth but her adult teeth has not yet it been 2 or 3 months. What could be the reason??

Mam sometimes the teeth take their own time to come in case of doubt if you have any you can always consult a dentist in person and you can get it checked and how much time the teeth is going to come sometimes when the teeth fall down the other can’t take six months to 1 year of time also for the permanent to come
