#asktheexperts Hi my baby girl has some issue in her belly button, it not getting dried out and some kind of of jelly liquid is coming out daily, i had consulted doc 2weeks before and they gave a antibiotic ointment to apply and said nothing to worry it will dry out very soon, but it's been 1 and half months her belly button is still wet and now it looks like as shown in the picture. you please advise what could be this.

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello tgis nat require a proper medical attention and it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too as the baby kid is small
