#asktheexperts Hi mam my baby is 5 months old,from last few weeks milk is not sufficient for him,pls suggest any foods to increase breast milk.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Take a lactation supplement like Shatavari Pahuja that’s going to have try to have as much good amount of water and fluids that you can consume and also I would recommend you to go ahead with have cumin seeds water that’s also gone
