#asktheexperts hi mam am breast feeding mother of 4 months baby I got my first period today, while my milk supply reduces as I got period.

U Should continue breastfeeding your child for at least six months after birth that’s very important and if you cannot then you can also raise introduce formula feeding to the child if necessary if there’s anything that you want to ours and you please post your question because you do some issue in the app I’m not able to read your entire question
