#asktheexperts Hi ma'am am Rithu delivered a girl baby in normal in July...my tummy became black and very loose will I get back my old tummy back

See For six months you should concentrate on eating and feeding your child and once you complete that much time you should start going for dieting whatever you like since you had a normal delivery if your stitches are completely you can start going for a brisk walk that will also help a lot in reducing down your weight
