#asktheexperts hi I have delivered through c section on 27 Nov. near the stitches at right side yellow water is coming up. stiches r healed. can I wear belt in this condition

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. yellow watery discharge is clear indication of infected wound.. Be sure to keep your C-section incision site clean and dry. Do talk to your doctor. It’s possible for healing incisions to get infected.

Hello, First and foremost, Lesley recommends keeping the area where you've had stitches very clean by bathing or showering at least twice a day, as this will minimise the risk of infection. It's best to use plain warm water or specialist Epsom Salts. Consult your doctor as soon as possible.
