#asktheexperts Hi, I have been getting periods as usual even after postpartum. Is this normal? Or does this indicates any sort of deficiency. I had C section in November

Sometimes the cycles start immediately after giving birth and that happens to a lot of women.
They may or may not be regular so keep using contraception

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
