RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 months agoA. Sinarist and Cherricof you can take for cold and cough three times in the day the first one tablet is better the second one is in the form of syrup for fever you can take any good paracetamol like Dolo 650 that would be good for you to take so you can go ahead with that every six hours you can take if the fever is high
