#asktheexperts hi doctor I feel very weak b4 my periods start and severe back pain knee pain eye pain head pain aft periods I feel little better is there any solution for this?

A. HellO take almonds, walnuts dates in good amounts Also take vit E (Evion ) capsule once a day daily Include exercise for 30 minutes daily Sleep well Eat more green vegetables daily .
