hi...I have severe knee pain? pls suggest some home remedies

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Apply volini gel over it if you having severe pain. also do regular knee massage with warm mustard oil or Mahanarayan tel in circular motion.. also it's good to consult ur doctor once

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. It Could be due to deficiency of vitamin B 12 and d3 you should get that checked and if it is less then you should start with the supplement because there is no home remedy for all these things it’s important that you get your deficiency test done once
