#asktheexperts Hi doctor. I am 9 weeks pregnant, this is my second pregnancy, it is monochorianic monoamniotic twin pregnancy, may I know is this pregnancy is normal or will having complications and what type of care I have to take. I am having constipation and vomiting problem due to that I am not feeling to eat anything.

A. Well I really cannot tell you whether there’s going to be an issue in the pregnancy or not that only a gynaecologist can tell you after monitoring all the stages of your pregnancy and constipation is quite normal this time to ask your doctor if you can have prune juice I am not sure about it which is I am saying ask you gynaecologist in the night before you go to sleep otherwise second alternative is honey with water warm water before you go to sleep and last thing that you can do is to have warm water in the morning that is also going to
