Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. Try to prevent temperature variations around the child. Give warm water to drink. For running nose and cold you can give drops wdikoryl a f 0.5 ml 2 times per day. For cough and cold give nasal saline drops. You can also go for steam inhalation. Give home remedies like Tulsi Ginger water to the child and honey can be added if the child is more than 1 year of age. d Meet the doctor if there is no improvement in few days.

Sinarist AF paediatric crops can be given to the child as of now but I would also suggest you to get a check with your doctor because the things could be either seasonal or maybe due to some allergy so you better be sure about it in the first place after getting a check with the doctor
