#asktheexperts hello my baby girl is 10 months old. and she has red rashesh on her whall body specially chest and underarms. and she has dry skin.she has rashesh on her face also. please suggest the best moisturizer for her body.soap and shampoo and oil. and also suggest which thing is best for her body whitening
