Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi milk secretion mostly work on demand and supply. so , please continue with breastfeeding you can make some dietary changes like you can take or add some food items like ginger, garlic, ajwain seeds,jeera seeds , fennel seeds water, drumsticks soup etc which can help you in this.
