#asktheexperts hello Mam. my 3.5 months baby is having congestion while breathing, congested noise is coming like khrr khrr.. there are no other symptoms of cold. I tried nasal spray but it was not much effective. please suggest something for quick relief.

Because of cold weather and small nasal airways it happens.
please keep your child head slightly raised while sleeping.
you may place bowl of chopped onion and garlic pods near your child head at sleeping time , if it happens because of viral infection of cold , it will surely help to cure this.
