Depends on what kind of stitch has been done on you and what kind of dressing has been used. ideally absorbable stitches are used now days and water proof dresing is used, and if that is your case then u can take bath 3-4days after c section. If non water proof dressing done, then after removal of the dressing ideally which is 4-5days.
