#asktheexperts Hello mam Am a 4 month baby mom. My breast milk supply is not efficient to my baby boy. Am giving him top milk for every 2 hrs but I need to decrease top milk and increase my breast milk supply. Will u pls help me out from this situation. Thank you

U Continue with formula feeding continue with breast feeding also in the meanwhile you should have a good amount of water 4-5 L approximately and then go ahead with having good protein rich diet favourite tired and you should have some lactation supplements also be used your lactation over the period
