Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
Maintain hydration

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you can try to take lactare tablet and galact granules which can help to increase the milk secretion and also you should try to take more of fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion
