#asktheexperts ..hello mam after losing about 3.5 kgs my weight reached a saturation point..how to break it?

A. If you still wish to reduce you can. have warm water or jeera water in the morning in empty stomach. Avoid carbs and replace with brown rice n millets. Avoud junk food and have healthy snacks. Avoid sugars and use natural sweeteners. These few changes wil sure help you lose weight easily. Millets or brown rice czn be replaced for white rice.
