Hello mam this is one of the most common symptoms of pregnancy and most women have this issue .. don’t force your self , their could be some specific smells that you would be ok or feel better with such as use of lemon in your meals , smell of soap etc . Also use some saunf or ajwain and chew a little , avoid highly flavoured foods and high spiced foods
