Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi after delivery , right ? if yes then you must take necessary supplements of iron and calcium as per your doctor's prescription . take Healthy and nutritious diet so your body get fast recovery from the scars. keep your self well hydrated. take enough sleep.
