#asktheexperts Hello, I m a mother of two daughters aged 9 and 6 yrs. my age is 43 now , I feel very tired and very often get angry with them. pls let me.know which tests should be done to find out the tiredness and remain active full day.

A. hello mom, sometimes moodswings are due to hormonal changes..it might be due to early menopause..get your self diagnosed with your gynecologist or physician..follow healthy diet regime, do regularly exercise..meditation will also help
