#asktheexperts hello gud mrng... this was my third delivery.. all three are c section now my baby is 3 months old. what kind of food I can consume? and can i start walking?

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. Hello dear Yea of course you can start walking but don’t do any dieting until you finish 6 months after surgery. Kindly take high protein diet on a daily basis
