#asktheexperts Hello! Good day, Can you suggest me yoga postures that helps for normal delivery? Thank you

A. For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking. only these two a very much sufficient once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support.

A. There are different actions that you can do so I would recommend you that you should definitely go ahead with butterfly pose you can sit in Vajra so that is also going to be good also you know it’s very good to do squats with somebody’s help that also help a lot and you should do at least thousand steps to 1500 steps per day
