#asktheexperts hello dr, my baby is feeling discomfort due to rashes pls suggest something. I've already tried rash cream, coconut oil and powder but still he is not able to sleep and crying alot.

Diaper should be change frequently and not used more than 3 to 4 hours or if the diaper is soiled it should be change immediately also try to use a diaper with super absorbent jelly which will be more helpful in reducing the rashes diaper should not be used very frequently also use zinc oxide barrier diaper rash creams to avoid contact of urine with the skinhi
Also maintain proper hygiene and avoid dampness which can cause secondary fungalf infection.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Try using Boroline antiseptic cream that is going to be very helpful for you this is going to be one of the best home remedies that I can suggest you to go ahead with and do not use too many diapers before using more of cotton nappies at this age
