Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations . For cold you can give drops wikoryl AF 0.5 ml to the child 2-3 times per day. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful. Home remediesf like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give warm water to drink If no improvementf in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor paracetamol for fever and pain.

Sinarist One American be given to the child twice a day and for three days minimum five is maximum you can go ahead with it so you should be giving this medicine as of now it is just a basic anti allergy that I would advise you to start giving to your child as of now currently
