#AskTheExperts Hello dr after giving tenoferon drops 0.25 ml to my baby he is frequently vomiting...so I want to know is it side effects? and how long does side effect of this drops last?

can change the brand
it is very important to give iron supplements to the child because the diet before 1 year of age is having very less amount of iron and it is very common that if the child is not given iron supplements the child will suffer from iron deficiency anaemia so better to continue iron supplements given by your doctor
