#asktheexperts hello Doctor, my baby is 4.5 months old. Our Dr has asked to start water and daal rice water I am curious is it safe.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. o would not advice to start early.. WHO and UNICEF recommend that babies be fed nothing but breast milk for their first 6 months, it's good to give bm till 6 mth
