Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hey hey mommy these can help increase supply
1. drink a lot if water minimum of 1glass before every single feed.
2. have garlic chutney as much as possible
3 include jeera in your daily diet.
4. have galact granules after talking to your gynwac it's Ayurvedic available at all medical stores.
5. feed more often. the more you feed more is the production. Feeding regularly will help so in between feeds you can pump using a breast pump. You could invest in a manual or electric breast pump.. it's absolutely easy to use and very comfortable as well. . the more you feed/pump more is the production.
hope this helps.
