Check for good latch, correct position while feeding
good water intake
foods like Methi, green leafy vegetables, Dill leaves or shepu, tree gum or Gond, saunth Garden cress seeds, garlic intake
can help milk supply
at one time feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk
