I have twin babies.. how to increase breast milk supply.. right now feeding them formula milk most of the time since milk secretion is very less

A. eat more dal. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. eat makani and bomil fish it increases milk

A. Try Having good amount of liquid about 4 to 5 L fibre rich diet you should have green leafy vegetables and pulses and also you should have multivitamin calcium and iron the things are going to help quite a lot if you want you can take a support of lactation supplements as well
