#asktheexperts hello doctor, I had my c section on January 30th and i had laser stitches. now can i start exercise. and my belly button is not going inside why. please let me know

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper exafmination and then only some needful advice can be given regarding this . so please confsult your doctor once.
Ine general you should take a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done
