Pain in knees and back is very much common after delivery. Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups.
Take calcium supplements till you breast feed ur baby.
Maintain straight posture while feeding.
Do not lift anything heavy.
Take adequate rest and sleep.
Do hot fomenting on the back and knees to get relief from pain.
