#asktheexperts hello doc my son is 3 years and 11 months old. For the last 6 months he has been complaining about leg pain specifically at night. we tried applying oil and massaging sometimes I even gave him paracetamol.. but it's temporary.. please do suggest

No there is no need to give paracetamol for your information it is called growth pain so it’s common with kids from the age of three and after four years it can go till the age of 9 to 10 years so the best thing currently that you can support your child which is massage gently specially in the night and also you should start giving calcium and vitamin D supplement as of now
