A. To increase the immunity of kids, include citrus fruits and vegetables in the diet in different forms. Give tomato, broccoli, guava, pineapple, berries, kiwi, papaya, cucumber, etc. You can feed them in the form of juices, whole or by mixing it with other foods like oats, custard, etc.
