A. Give Chavanprash twice a day dry fruit and turmeric milk twice a day for the Shimla going to be quite helpful for you in the current situation apart from that you should focus on giving proper fruits and green leafy vegetables as well as that is going to be equally important and good amount of proteins and lentils
