ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, generally 6 to 8 weeks need time to heal completely.. after c section do take healthy diet n adequate fluids intake, avoid doing heavy work during this period. clean the c section scar daily to avoid infection. can climb strais
