If it is becoming dry with the ointment that you are applying then there is no problem then there is no need to give antibiotics to the child of course but if your doctor recommending you then you can give it okay but as of now you wait for 5 to 7 days if it subside completely with the ointment and powder then that’s good otherwise give antibiotics
