That’s common in this age so there is practically no need to give any medicine if the situation is worse where you feel it’s out of control of the vomiting is much on the higher side then you can give five drops Emset to your child and stomach pain and issues are common for that purpose if it is needed you can give Bonnisan five drops one time at about 3 to 4 times in the day if needed
